Returns & Exchanges Policy

At North Fashion Shop, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned merchandise must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been fully processed.
